Millwork is the custom-manufactured architectural woodwork that gives a space its identity - reception desks, wall panelling, feature cabinetry, counters and bespoke fitted units. From our own factory in Salmabad we design, manufacture and install every element to millimetre tolerances.
Because we own the factory and employ our own craftsmen, there is no outsourcing and no coordination gap between the workshop and the site. We work from your architect's drawings or develop the detailing with you, in veneer, laminate, solid timber, lacquer and stone.

We begin with a full site survey and workplace brief - headcount, departments, meeting demand, building and landlord requirements - before any layout is drawn.
Test-Fit, Design & BOQ
Our team develops test-fit layouts, finishes schedules and a fully itemised bill of quantities - a transparent, fixed-price proposal before a single partition goes up.
Build & Fit
Our in-house team executes every trade in sequence - partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, MEP, data and furniture - with a project manager on site every day tracking progress.
Snagging & Handover
A full snagging inspection is completed before keys change hands. We close every punch-list item and hand over documentation, warranties, and an as-built record.

Yes. We own a fully equipped joinery factory in Salmabad and employ our own craftsmen, so every piece is designed, manufactured and finished in-house - no outsourcing. This gives us tighter quality control and faster turnaround.

Wood veneer, laminate, solid timber, high-gloss and matt lacquer, solid-surface (such as Corian), and stone tops. We match finishes to your design and can produce samples before manufacturing.

Yes. We work from your architect's or designer's drawings, or develop the shop detailing ourselves from a concept. You approve detailed drawings and finish samples before we cut a single board.

It depends on size, materials and finish - a simple laminate unit and a stone-and-veneer feature desk are very different. We provide a detailed fixed-price quotation after reviewing the drawings or measuring the space, with no obligation.

Lead time depends on the scope and finishes - a single unit is far quicker than a full floor of joinery. We confirm a manufacturing and installation programme at quotation stage and track against it.
