Build & Fit

Snagging & Handover

Al Hafeed Interior provides a detailed fixed-price proposal after a free site survey - no obligation.

A small office (under 200 sqm) typically takes 6-10 weeks on site. A medium corporate floor (200-1,000 sqm) usually takes 10-18 weeks. Large multi-floor fit-outs may run 20-36 weeks. We provide a detailed Gantt programme at project award and track against it weekly - early engagement, before lease signing, lets us optimise the programme.

CAT A fit-out brings a shell-and-core floor to a basic, lettable condition - raised floors, suspended ceilings, HVAC distribution, basic lighting and fire detection. CAT B fit-out takes a CAT A space to full occupancy - partitioning, joinery, branding, specialist flooring, AV, furniture and all finishes. We deliver both CAT A and CAT B scopes, as well as full turnkey office fit-outs from raw shell.

Yes. We regularly undertake phased fit-outs in occupied offices, sequencing noisy or disruptive works outside business hours and isolating work zones. Our project managers coordinate closely with your facilities team to keep your people productive throughout.

Yes. We procure and install desking, task seating, storage and breakout furniture as part of the fit-out, and we manufacture bespoke reception desks, boardroom tables and feature joinery in our own Salmabad factory - so the floor is move-in ready on handover day.
